How can I help?
A chance to take time out to explore how you feel
When our thoughts and emotions are turned upside down from life events in the past or present, we can feel as if we are trapped and stuck in a pattern of thinking. Or maybe we simply feel overwhelmed about our feelings. Counselling can support you in having a safe and confidential place to talk. You may be able to feel differently about something, find healthy coping mechanisms or ways to express yourself.
Creating change and reaching your potential
Sharing a problem in a confidential place can help you find alternatives and to explore ideas to create change. It can help you unlock your potential and move forward in a way that is helpful to you.
Providing support in a way that suits you
helping me to help myself
“You show an interest in helping me to help myself, you believe in me on days when I don’t. You’re friendly, kind, honest and truthful, You’ve sat by me when I wanted to run away. Thanks for helping me explore myself and for how far I’ve come to love myself today.'”
